Mukesh Shukla hailed as a transformative and inspirational boss -

‎Several employees of Shumuk group of companies have hailed their organisation’s Executive Director, Mr. Mukesh Shukla, for creating opportunities that have positively impacted and transformed their lives.

‎In an engagement with News writers, employees of Mr. Mukesh revealed that, the work environment has enabled many of them to earn a living, gain experience and build careers, even though they rarely interact with the CEO directly.
‎
‎They pointed out that Mr. Shukla’s leadership and the systems he has put in place ensure a conducive and organised working environment.
‎
‎Shumuk Group, established in 1984, has employed more than 500,000 people across the country over the years. Its Chief Executive Officer, Mukesh Shukla, was born in the Arua sub-region 63 years ago.
‎
‎The company has given many young people a start in life.
‎“We thank Mr. Mukesh for establishing such a good environment that has employed many people including us,” one employee said. “Like in any other business, we face minor challenges, but we are optimistic management will handle them. We urge young people, especially those in vacation, to find something to do. Most of us started small but at least we are somewhere.” one worker said

‎Some of the youths also cautioned their peers against allowing politicians to manipulate them for personal gain.
‎“I am 28. This is the age bracket politicians often use for their goals,” one youth noted. “Please don’t allow yourselves to be used. Elections come and go, but some of our age mates are still in prison for actions they took just to impress politicians, who themselves face no long-term consequences.”

‎Shumuk Group’s vision is to meet the aluminum utensils and sheets needs of the masses while acting as an efficient and reliable supplier. Its mission focuses on providing cost-effective, quality ware that conforms to required standards.

‎The company is accredited by the Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) and operates across various sectors, including aluminum manufacturing, tours and travel, forex bureaus and other ventures.
